End User License Agreement (EULA) for G2P Software as a Service
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and G2P, regarding the use of G2P software ("Software") as a service.
By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not access or use the Software.
License Grant: G2P grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for your own personal or internal business purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Access: Access to the Software is provided via the G2P website or other designated URLs, and is available only to authorized users who have agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
Restrictions: You may not:
Ownership: The Software is licensed, not sold, to you. G2P retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.
Data: G2P may collect and use data related to your use of the Software as set forth in the Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to such collection and use of data.
Disclaimer of Warranty: The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. G2P does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall G2P be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. G2P may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, The District of Columbia.
By accessing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy for G2P Software as a Service
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which G2P collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users ("User" or "You") of the G2P website and software ("Service").
